Every order includes a digital art proof sent within 24–48 hours after the order is placed. Your email approval is required before we can move forward with production, so a prompt response is essential. Please check your email regularly, and if you don’t receive a proof within the specified time frame, contact us immediately.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of items in your order, the weight and dimensions of the boxes, and the destination. Rates will vary depending on the shipping courier and method selected.

Yes, we provide delivery services for all orders. Delivery times and charges depend on your location and order size.
Blank orders can be canceled up until they are shipped. Cancellations will incur a 3% cancellation fee. Once an order has been picked, packed, and prepared for shipping, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Once a custom-printed order is approved for production, it cannot be canceled.
